MELBOURNE /SALES – INSIDE SALES /FULL-TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Online chatting with international potential clients
Outgoing calls to international potential clients (warm calling)
Developing strong email marketing campaigns
Business communication in English (written and by phone)
Recording client communication in the CRM system
Closing sales

QUALIFICATIONS

English - Upper-Intermediate
Experience in managing corporate customer relations
Understanding of Service Desk principles
Experience with CRM-systems preferred
Strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
Friendly, customer-focused, attentive to details
Understanding of Fintech industry
Skills in writing scripts using programming languages preferred
